This warm cozy vegetable soup is so satisfying during these cold winter months. It has all the hearty vegetables and leaves you full and warm :)
honestly this soup was so easy to make and so quick. I used some frozen veggies and some raw. So its one of those soups of whatever you have on hand you make make it delicious because all of the veggies cook so well together.
I love sharing recipes like that, where you can modify to whatever you have. It’s learning how to cook with what you have on hand sometimes instead of just getting recipes off Pinterest because honestly those can get expensive buying all the random ingredients. Which honestly I cook and bake that way a lot, where I just modify to use what I have on hand.
